How to make it

Preparation

  1. Take 1 tablespoon sesame oil on empty stomach (before brushing)
  2. Swish oil around mouth slowly — pull between teeth
  3. Continue for 15-20 minutes (start with 5 minutes, build up)
  4. DO NOT swallow — oil collects bacteria
  5. Spit into trash (not sink — clogs drain)
  6. Rinse mouth with warm salt water
  7. Brush teeth normally after
