How to make it
Preparation
- Take 1 tablespoon sesame oil on empty stomach (before brushing)
- Swish oil around mouth slowly — pull between teeth
- Continue for 15-20 minutes (start with 5 minutes, build up)
- DO NOT swallow — oil collects bacteria
- Spit into trash (not sink — clogs drain)
- Rinse mouth with warm salt water
- Brush teeth normally after
Works best for
Dosage
Once daily, every morning on empty stomach. Results visible in 2-4 weeks.
When not to use
Not for children under 5 (choking risk). Never swallow the oil. Not a replacement for brushing and flossing — use as addition to regular oral care.
