Remedy
Digestion shelfMasala Chaas (Spiced Buttermilk) for Gut Health
Daily for maintaining gut health and digestion. Especially after heavy or oily meals. Great for people who feel sluggish after eating.
From the household notebook
“Beta, Dadima ka rule hai — khaana khaane ke baad chaas zaroor piyo. Dahi mein jo good bacteria hote hain na, woh tumhare pet ke garden ko healthy rakhte hain. Aur jeera aur hing — yeh dono gas ke dushman hain!”
Dadima’s tip: Chaas ROOM TEMPERATURE pe piyo — fridge se nikaal ke mat piyo. Thanda chaas mein bacteria sote rehte hain, room temp pe active rehte hain. Aur haan, fresh dahi se banao — baasi dahi se acidity hoti hai.
