adrak (fresh ginger)
1 inch slicedSubstitute ginger powder

How to make it
Preparation
- Boil water with ginger
- Add mint leaves
- Simmer 5 minutes
- Strain, add honey
- Sip slowly
Works best for
Dosage
Small sips as needed. 1-2 cups through the day.
When not to use
Avoid excessive ginger if you have gallstones; not a substitute for treating severe vomiting.
