Dadima’s tip: Pack lagane ke baad bhi halka moisturizer lagao — over-drying se skin aur zyada oil banati hai. Yeh bohot log nahi jaante!

Ingredients

multani mitti (fuller's earth)

2 tbsp

Substitute kaolin clay

gulab jal (rose water)

2 tbsp

Substitute plain cold water

neem powder or paste

1/2 tsp

Substitute neem oil 2-3 drops

nimbu ras (lemon juice)

1/2 tsp

How to make it

Preparation

  1. Mix multani mitti and neem powder in a bowl
  2. Add rose water gradually while mixing
  3. Add lemon juice
  4. Make smooth paste — not too thick, not runny
  5. Apply on entire face, especially T-zone (forehead, nose, chin)
  6. Leave 15 minutes — don't let it crack too much (sprinkle water if drying fast)
  7. Wash with cold water
  8. Pat dry, apply light water-based moisturizer

Dosage

2-3 times a week. In monsoon/summer humidity, can use 3-4 times.

When not to use

Avoid if you have dry skin or eczema — multani mitti will make it much worse.
