How to make it

Preparation

  1. Soak feet in warm water with lemon juice for 15 minutes
  2. Scrub heels with pumice stone or rough cloth
  3. Pat dry thoroughly
  4. Mix coconut oil and ghee, warm slightly
  5. Massage thickly into heels and cracked areas
  6. Wear cotton socks immediately
  7. Leave overnight
  8. Wash in morning with warm water

Dosage

Every night for 1-2 weeks for severe cracks. Then 2-3 times a week for maintenance.

When not to use

If cracks are bleeding or showing signs of infection, see a doctor — home remedies won't be enough.
