How to make it
Preparation
- Mix brahmi oil with sesame oil
- Warm slightly
- Massage scalp gently 10-15 min
- Focus on temples, forehead, back of head
- Leave 2+ hours or overnight
- Wash with mild shampoo
Works best for
Dosage
2-3 times per week for ongoing stress. Daily for acute anxiety periods.
