How to make it
Preparation
- Soak almonds 2 hours, peel skin
- Blend with 2 tbsp milk to paste
- Heat remaining milk, add almond paste
- Add saffron, simmer 3-4 min
- Add honey when cooled
- Drink warm 30 min before bed

1 cup, 30 minutes before bedtime
When not to use
Avoid if you have nut allergy or lactose intolerance (use alternatives).
