5-7 almonds

Substitute almond powder

How to make it

Preparation

  1. Soak almonds 2 hours, peel skin
  2. Blend with 2 tbsp milk to paste
  3. Heat remaining milk, add almond paste
  4. Add saffron, simmer 3-4 min
  5. Add honey when cooled
  6. Drink warm 30 min before bed
