How to make it
Preparation
- Warm almond oil slightly (lukewarm, not hot)
- Mix malai and honey in a bowl
- Add warm almond oil and rose water
- Blend into smooth, creamy paste
- Apply on clean face, neck, and hands
- Gently massage upward for 3-4 minutes
- Leave for 25-30 minutes
- Wash with lukewarm water, pat dry gently
Works best for
Dosage
2-3 times a week. Best as night treatment — apply, leave 30 min, wash before bed.
When not to use
Avoid if you have oily, acne-prone skin — the richness may cause breakouts.
