Lemon-Apple Cider Vinegar-Neem Rinse for Oily Scalp

nimbu (lemon juice)

2 tbsp

Substitute white vinegar (1 tbsp diluted)

neem pani (neem water)

1 cup (boiled neem leaves water, cooled)

Substitute neem oil 3-4 drops in water

How to make it

Preparation

  1. Boil neem leaves in 2 cups water for 10 min, strain, cool completely
  2. Add lemon juice and ACV to neem water
  3. Mix well
  4. After shampooing and rinsing, pour this mixture over scalp
  5. Massage into scalp for 2-3 minutes
  6. Leave for 5 minutes
  7. Rinse with cold water — no shampoo after
  8. Let hair air dry

Dosage

After every hair wash, 2-3 times a week. Reduce to once a week when scalp balances.

When not to use

Avoid on color-treated hair as lemon may lighten color; avoid if scalp has open cuts.
