Hair shelfCoconut Oil-Methi Seeds Champi for Scalp Nourishment
When scalp feels dry and itchy, flaking without dandruff, scalp needs deep nourishment.
From the household notebook
“Scalp sukha hai? Methi-nariyal tel banao — ek champi mein farak dikhega! Purane zamaane mein har Sunday champi hoti thi — isliye baal itne achhe hote the.”
Dadima’s tip: Tel mein methi raat bhar bhigone do — zyada takat aayegi. Aur champi karte waqt ungli ke pore se massage karo, nakhun se nahi!
