From the household notebook

“Beta, body dukh rahi hai? Nariyal tel mein kapoor mila ke maalish karo. Kapoor ki thandak muscles ko relax karti hai aur oil deep mein jaata hai. Humari daadi poore ghar ki maalish karti thi — unke haath mein jaadu tha!”

Dadima’s tip: Maalish dil ki taraf karo — matlab pair ki maalish upar ki taraf, haath ki maalish shoulder ki taraf. Blood circulation improve hota hai. Aur maalish ke baad garam kapda lapet lo — double effect hoga. Nahane se pehle mat lagao — kapoor ki smell kapdon mein lag jaati hai!
